DAVID MELONI

 

Direct student of Guruji B.K.S. Iyengar

 

In 1996 he began practicing IYENGAR® Yoga.

Since 2003 he returns regularly to Pune India, to study at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute;

he studied with Guruji B.K.S. Iyengar (until 2014 when Guruji passed away) and studied and studies with his children Geeta S. Iyengar (Passed away in december 2018) and Prashant S. Iyengar.

 

In 2013 B.K.S. Iyengar conferred upon him the "Advanced Junior level II" certificate.

In 2015  Geeta S. Iyengar conferred upon him the "Advanced Senior level I" certificate.

 

In January 2018 He have been awarded by Geetaji of the maximum level certificate in the Iyengar Yoga "Advanced Senior level II",

He is the only one in the world to have obtained it.

From July 2020 with the merger of the certificate levels by the Iyengar family, the Advanced senior Level II certificate becomes - Level 4.

David Meloni currently teaches at the IYENGAR® YOGA Rahasya Institute Firenze, Florence - Italy and conducts seminars throughout Europe, Asia, U.S.A., South America.

 

 

 

 

ROMY BIENER

is Doctor of Ayurvedic Medicine (AyD), Marmani and Pranic healer,

she is specialized in the medical and clinical approach of Ayurveda and she provides private consultations and Ayurvedic treatments.

She has been studying Indian philosophy, particularly Vedanta, since 2017.

She has been practicing Iyengar Yoga since 2010, attending international workshops with Senior Iyengar Yoga teachers around the world.

She has been a Certified IYENGAR® YOGA Teacher since 2015.

She regularly returns to Pune, India, to study at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute with the Iyengar family.

She teaches at the IYENGAR® YOGA Rahasya Institute Firenze.

OLEKSANDRA LOPUSHANSKYY

is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher with over 13 years of practice. She earned her Level 1 Certificate in London under the guidance of teachers Sophie Carrington and Penny Chaplin. For over four years, she regularly attended courses and seminars with teacher David Meloni in Florence, with whom she continue training for subsequent levels. Since 2024, she has dedicated herself entirely to yoga, with a focus on teaching beginner classes. She is an active member of the Italian Iyengar Yoga Association and the Iyengar Yoga Association UK.
